Welcome Back to Journey Church
We are so excited that our services have resumed! There is one service at 10 am.
Here is What to Expect and How We’re Going to Love Each Other on Sundays:
We’re going to wear masks: Whether you are a pro-mask or no-mask person, we will ask that you wear a mask out of love for those in our body that are concerned about masks.
We’ll be taking temperatures: We’ll take temperatures with a “no touch” infrared thermometer to keep you and everyone else safe. If your temperature is 100.4 degrees or above we will invite you to join us for worship when you are well.
Worship Reservations: We have limited seating capacity and are asking that you follow the link in Journey Weekly to reserve your spot. When we have reached capacity, you will know longer be able to make a reservation.
Ushers will seat you: The new normal at Journey requires a lot of planning and teamwork. In order to remain compliant with social distancing we ask that you please wait for an usher to show you to your seats. We know that many of you that don’t live together want to sit together, but the state has asked that we separate households, and we ask that you honor that in the building, even if you’ve been over to each other’s houses during the pandemic.
Journey Kids: To begin with, we will be having family style services where families can worship together. Pick up a busy bin from a Journey Kids Leader to keep your kiddos busy.
Live Streaming: Our service will be on the Journey You Tube Channel, if you want to worship from home.
Coffee & Refreshments: For now, we will not have our normal coffee and snack offerings. So, stop by the coffee shop on your way to church.
